Meet the Team

Tessa Witmer, Licensed Montana Property Manager & Co-Owner, understands the second home experience from both sides. As a licensed property manager and vacation rental host through our sister company, Bozeman Guesthouse, she brings meticulous attention to detail and a genuine appreciation for what makes a property feel like home, even when you're not there.

Sten Witmer, Licensed Architect & Co-Owner, brings deep local expertise to every property we manage. His architectural background and years working on projects throughout the Gallatin Valley - from the Cannery District to private residences across Bozeman - means he understands both the craftsmanship that goes into Montana homes and the unique challenges our climate presents. When issues arise, Sten knows exactly which contractors and specialists to call.

Owen Gonya, General Manager, is a New Hampshire native with six years of luxury property management experience at the Yellowstone Club. As an avid skier and hunter who loves Montana's outdoor lifestyle, Owen brings both professional expertise and personal passion to caring for mountain properties. His certification as a Pool Operator ensures your hot tub receives expert maintenance year-round.

Jay Monroe, Guest Experience Manager, brings seven years of hospitality experience from Sage Lodge and a deep love for Paradise Valley, which she proudly calls home. She leads our housekeeping team with care and precision, ensuring every home is maintained to professional standards using Hillyard products. Outside of work, you’ll find Jay on a road trip, enjoying music, or spending time with her partner and two cats—all while pursuing an art degree at the University of Montana.
