Spruce Property Care is owned and operated by a husband and wife team with support from a talented group of teammates.

Sten Witmer is a licensed Architect and Bridger Bowl regular. He enjoys the combination of selected Architecture projects through his firm, Upshot Architecture, and the hands-on nature of being the boots on the ground with Spruce Property Care.

Tessa Witmer is a licensed Montana Property Manager and former owner of Hattie Rex, a handmade boutique in downtown Bozeman. Tessa also manages a portfolio of short-term rentals through our sister company, Bozeman Guesthouse.

Sten and Tessa have two young kids, Willa, and Woody, who don’t yet know how lucky they are to grow up in Bozeman, Montana.
